Yes, we track your all incoming flights to ensure your driver is ready and waiting, even if your flight arrives early or late. You won’t need to worry about contacting us if your flight is delayed.
We monitor all flight arrival times in real-time, so your driver will adjust their schedule accordingly. There’s no extra charge for reasonable delays – we understand that flight times can changechange, and we won’t penalise you for something beyond your control.
If your flight is cancelled and rescheduled, we will simply adjust the booking to your new flight arrival accordingly. If there is a change in arrival airport, then there may be an adjustment in the price – we understand that flight cancellations do happen on occasion, and we won’t penalise you for something beyond your control.
Your driver will contact you at least 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm flight number, arrival time and destination address. Your driver will message you on landing and provide instructions of pickup location and vehicle details. If you booked “Meet & Greet” then your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a name board. You’ll also receive their contact details in advance, so you can call or text them if needed.
Yes, airport parking and any standard and reasonable waiting time (up to 2 hours) is included in your quote. If additional waiting time is required due to exceptional delays, we’ll always discuss this with you in advance.
Absolutely. If your flight time is updated, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll adjust your pickup time accordingly – subject to availability.
Yes, we can provide child seats & booster seats on request at no extra charge. Just let us know what you need when you book so we can prepare. We can also store your own child seats if you wish us to use them for your journey.
Our vehicles have generous luggage capacity. If you’re travelling with more than the usual amount of luggage or oversized items, let us know in advance so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.
